My thyroid system is still periodically wacko from too much reverse T3, but overall it is more stable.  I actually walk a bit now or get on my exercise bike, esp since someone gave me one of Micky D's pedometers *G*! Many of the low-carb foods, candies, etc depend on fats to improve palatability and texture.
